Remember that brass pedal? Got that on the kick starter finally. It came with a bolt meant for a Harley, where it would rotate around the kick starter arm, but on this bike the whole arm rotates. Replacing that bolt with a standard bolt would mean I would need a 1/2" bolt but that would be too big to thread into the kicker.  In order to make up the space but use the largest bolt I found four 1"x1/2" nylon spacers that I could press the whole way through the pedal and would fit a 3/8" bolt.

Also got my headlight delivered today. Got it for $12 on ebay - and the bulb works! Not sure if I will keep the visor on there.
